The CRISP pipeline

Fixed order: Conform → Rules → Identity → Span → Publish. Architecturally CORE has four internal stages. Conform and Rules are two beats of the same stage-1 load session — progressive conformance — then Identity, Span, and Publish each own a distinct trust boundary.
